New to FCS #117

I recently set up a Raspberry PI with the YSFReflector.sh and ini files. I believe they are existing where they should be. I got it to auto start. But the FCS reflector US NY NJ LINK is listed as offline. Please offer some guidance as to what I should do next?? Thanks Danny N2EHN
