Here is a second iteration of the G2 Nat Traversal.
When a remote station punches to us, Keep track of the remote port and answer back on that port. This allows to defeat some more types of NATs. E.g. Previous version did not work behind Vodafone.de
G2 ports are kept in cache
Do not punch if we already punched within the last 29 seconds. I found out in my tests that some mobile operators are using a 30 seconds timeout
