Adds DESTDIR build variable #53

Setting DESTDIR on make install allows for installing artefacts in staging location for automated build, packaging etc.

BTW: It also fixes default group for installed files - it should be root not bin on all modern nix systems. bin group is kept only for historical reasons. Also it changes default file/dir permissions to match all the other software in nix world (checked on Ubuntu, Fedora, CentOS and Debian)
