What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pick an extension and see all calls for a particular day
2. Run the report
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Was hoping to see all calls internal and external, but I onyl see internal calls

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest version, trying to integrate with Trixbox 2.6 on CentOS 5.2

Please provide any additional information below.

I figured it out - I was putting the extension number in "Source" and it was
only showing internal calls. The solution was to put the SIP channel name in
source channel field instead, as this then showed internal and external calls.

for example, if the extension i want to know about si 1014, in source channel i
put: SIP/1014

Yes you are right. The first option does not work because changes CallerID for
outgoing calls, so use in this case, the name of the channel good way.
