Need a comprehensive list of amenities #1

Need a list of amenities which the society and apartment can have.

Eg: Society: Gym, Swimming Pool, Lift, Parking etc. Apartment: Sofa, TV, Cook, Maid etc.

Go and visit websites like housing.in.

For society we can have Gym, Swimming Pool, Parking, Nearby Bus Stand distance(optional), Sports( e.g. Volleyball, Cricket), Security, Nearby Supermarkets(can include in V2)

Apartment: a) Furnished or Unfurnished

TV, Fridge, Cook, Maid, No of beds, No of bathrooms, Air conditioning, Laundry Facility, Internet Facility, Smoking or Non-Smoking

Listing in the priority order: Appartment: a) No of bedrooms and bathrooms b) Internet c) Furnished unfurnished d)Cook e)Maid f) TV, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, Gas stove, Sofa.

Society: a) Gym b)Club house with sports facilities

It would be great if we can add Veg or Non-veg roomie kind of option?

And house type as "Un-furnished, Semi-Furnished, Fully-Furnished"
