Enable translations #10

Along side #9, members who use other languages should be able to use the plugin in their native language.

All the strings need marked for translation, and the .pot file generated.

A second project would need created to offer GlotPress for easy translation management.

What languages would we need to support? Are there members, who speak the languages willing to help write out the translations?

I can ask for volunteers. Really I think all we would need support for is Italian, French and Spanish.
