Generate link merge codes for a 1ShoppingCart email #18

Can we add an area under the WP area containing an e-promo-kit link?

Could we have a text field above the AS FORM HTML box pre-populated with a sample hyperlink using that pages URL? Maybe include some variables like name, email, etc. Even better would be somehow for them to choose which variables they want to use. I tried to post this on github but couldn't find the right area to do so.

I think it's a great idea as these links are a pain to generate by hand.

@twinsmagic: Should we use <$fieldname$> style or %$fieldname$% style email merge codes?
