Choosing wrong response #29

On several occasions now, when a guild member has gotten an achievement - Guildgreet recognizes the achievement (indicated with the dark blue on the name), but when I go to click it, it greets the player instead of congratulating them. I have checked my settings - i have no greetings and the congratulations responses. I have also had a friend who uses Guildgreet experience the same problem.
