popup not launching for choose new task cell selection in simulation Simulation Items table #10

opened an existing simulation item, attempting to change the cell entry, popup does not launch

appears this might be related to focus. when switching to a different cell by clicking, then back, it launches the popup

this appears to be the case for other cells in this table as well

I can't reproduce this either. Popups come up on first click regardless of initial focus. What platform is this reported in? Windows?

Any help on this? I still can't reproduce this problem.
