Fanatec Csl elite PS4 Wheel not Working #524

What happened?

My Fanatec CSL Elite PS4 Wheel is not working, its listed correctly in the config screen, but i can not assign any inputs to anything, pedals ,wheel or buttons are not recongnized.

looking the logs seems that is only recognized the wheel and not the pedals... is right?

I have the CSL ELite LC Pedals , and they are connected to the CSL Base(not with USB), so its normal that they are not shown.

I also recongnized that when the Wheel is turned on, that not only the Wheel is not working, i also can not assign any inputs from Keyboard or my Buttonbox. When I turn the wheel off and start gRally, then i can assign keyboard or buttonbox inputs. So it seems with Wheel turned on, it "blocks" any Inputs from every Device

but this happens only with gRally or the other sims are affected?

Only with gRally... With other sims the Wheel is working without any problems At least when it comes to assign the Inputs, the basic configuraton is working everywhere. It only can be that on some sims , for Example, the rpm lights are not working or such things..

I found a Workaround, i can put the CSL ELite Wheel in a "compatibility Mode" , so it is recongnized as a Fanatec CSW V2 Wheel. With this Mode i could assign the Controls without any Problems, so at least i can drive now, but i hope you will still fix the Bug, so the Wheel can be used in standard Mode.

The Gamelist in your link is only meant if you use the Wheel on Playstation 4, not for PC.

The CSL Elite PS4 Wheel has a "PC Mode" and a "Playstation mode" , and the compatibility mode is normaly only needed for PS4 , because not every Wheel is working on PS4 Games.

For PC normaly the compatibility mode shoud not be needed, because every PC Game should work with the standard PC Mode of the Wheel. There is option in the Driver to allow compatibility Mode also for PC, but as i said, its mainly there if you use the Wheel for PS4.

With the new release the Wheel is working now, but other USB Devices(Pedals and Buttonbox) are not recongnized and did not work. When the Wheel is OFF , both Usb devices , Pedals and Buttonbox are working, but not when the Wheel is turned ON.

I have Pedals which can be connected direct to the Wheelbase or seperat as USB Device. When the Pedals are connected to the Wheelbase then they are working. but still the USB Buttonbox(Derek Speare Design) is not working.
