Feature: Add shortcuts for previously-entered books #3

It would be nice if you could select a book you previously entered as to-read or reading and make a new post. It could pre-populate the current form, or be a simplified version of the form where you select the status.

Similarly, it would be nice to have a button on other people's posts so you could easily add a to-read post for books you've discovered that way.
