Menu Manager Updates Scheduled for 3.2 #276

1. Allow for multi-level menu structures
2. Allow the user to "add" external links into the mix
3. All the user to add in new nav items (pages) from this page
4. Change get_navigation() to accommodate multi-level navigation with an added 
parameter.

Suggestion: if the user does some change and abandons the menu manager without 
saving, let him/her choose to stay or loose changes (just like GS page editor 
does).

Is it going to be a functionality developed from scratch, or will you 
incorporate Mvlceks i18n menu - or base on it ?
