loadtab styling still off #291

I had opened an issue regarding this about a weekend not sure if the reply that 
it was still a bit off was ever received. I am building a plugin for 3.1 so 
would like to see this fixed before final release.

"I am having an issue with the patch. It has disabled nav-tab hover effect for 
loadtab tabs and doesn't change based on having current class. I think the 
following needs to be added just after line 159 and the other bit removed (end 
of line 119):

#loadtab .wrapper .nav li a.current"
