Chrome 18 invisible file browser

This issue is fixed with latest version of CKEditor library (3.6.3) at 
http://ckeditor.com/download

I suggest ckeditor be updated to fix this, it fairly critical to not see the 
file browser.

I think this is fixed now, I guess a google update or did we update ckeditor.

It only affects Chrome 18 specifically, I think the latest stable is now Chrome 
19.

Seems this bug wont go away and keeps popping back up in chrome.

chrome 21 is released, I am not seeing this issue any more.
