Tab "files" -> image file in sub folder -> can't create thumbnail #322

The script admin/image.php can not create thumbnail if image file contain in 
subfolder (sample: uploads/subfoler/some-image.jpg). But notification what 
thumbnail is create was show.
v.3.1.1 and older.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English. I hope you understand my issues.

This has been fixed in the latest SVN version. 

It will be released in a update very soon.
