pages missing files if parent file is missing #352

If you have a parent and child page and the xml for the parent page is deleted 
or whatever, then the child pages do not show up in pages list.

We should fix this, it would be nice if this was made more safe to show all 
files so it always reflects the filesystem. Maybe even indicate them as 
abandoned.

As a side note

With a new file check health error result.
A new field in the pages view could show health similar to health check.

We would be essentially adding error checking on pages view.
