Docs should say to make "theme/*/{template.php,default.css}" writable #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Follow the setup wizard
2. Perform the page check, all is fine
3. Notice that editing and saving a template will fail

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected the template to be saved correctly, instead I got an error message 
saying it was not writable.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

GetSimple 2.03, Gentoo Linux server, Firefox browser
