what if 100 events are posted all at once? should we delay tweets?

maybe store but only tweet 1wk before event?

tweet at 2wk, 1wk, and 1day before mark

I generally post 5-15 events at once. They are posted about 2 months prior to the event itself, which could be too far in advance to drive sign ups/discourage people from coming to the next instance.
