Consider adding a brief section on CSS colors #27

We're using hex colors in the https://github.com/ga-wdi-boston/html-css-sass/ lesson, so we might want to consider officially using them in this repo.

I hope we are naming them and using the names?

In the html-sass lesson, yes. But we didn't officially introduce them in the CSS lesson.
