Use jQuery to manipulate the DOM and add event handlers

@J-Weeks I think I know what happened. When you move something to the "Done" column in waffle, all labels are removed and the issue is closed. Please don't do that.

3 actual, on shorter end (2.4 blocks) This talk went well, but I’d like to restructure some of the labs to focus more on creating a wireframe and translating those into basic HTML and what the dom tree of that markup would look like.

I think this could be closer to 2 actual as long as some of the wire framing was done in a previous wireframe talk and this talk focused more on the DOM and query traversal. I think more practice with the developers doing DOM traverses themselves, would benefit their understanding during the ajax talks as well.

3 actual 150 mins (2.5 hrs/1:10-3:40) with breaks. I think I did ok, though went ~10 mins over. I hammered a few points home a lot 'cause I know how badly they'll screw them up on game-project. Hopefully it was time well spent.
