Zerothly, don't do it without checking with a senior consultant.

Elsewise:

[ ] Fix permissions on /usr/local with sudo chflags norestricted /usr/local && sudo chown $(whoami):admin /usr/local && sudo chown -R $(whoami):admin /usr/local
[ ] xcode-select --install
[ ] brew update && brew doctor and fix any issues
[ ] Re-instrall GPG tools https://gpgtools.org (optional)
