Provide a recommended folder structure for WDI students #7

Something like:

~/wdi
├── assessments
├── lessons
├── notes # optional, many students prefer evernote
├── practice
├── projects
├── sandbox
└── tmp

Providing a zip archive with blank .keep files in each directory means unzipping the archive will create the folders automatically. These instructions could be added to ga-wdi-boston/installfest.
