lib/ is in .gitignore #23

The Python section in .gitignore has "lib/" as an entry.

This should have been corrected by an update from template.

This was my fault. I've made a commit to fix this issue and I'll create a pull request once I've made commits to fix all of the other issues in this repository as well.
