Rename code files. #2

Possibly add more.

ruby-vs-js.js and ruby-vs-js.rb aren't very semantic, and violate linter naming conventions (at least for ruby). More files semantically named might be an improvement.

lib/study.js and lib/study.rb as a start. Maybe related bin files.
