180 all in. I should have kept the demo less interactive and moved the what next to the code along.

Also, I checked to make sure they knew a couple of things that they said they didn't know and so I went tangential (" and something else I've forgotten).

LM: 150 minutes, 3 actual. Ran the entire README as a "lab" and supported developers as they worked through the material.

017: 165 minutes, long 3. Great questions this time around. As with other talks in this sequence, I didn't take many questions during the demo. I did take more during the code-along as well as during lab discussions. I could have kept this to 3 if I didn't do CFUs at the end for reviewing objectives, but I think that time should be made up elsewhere in the delivery.
