Support for Script and Automation entities and reordering of entity list

Two new entities are supported:

• Script: Button widget which can Run/Cancel a script;
• Automation: Slide switch which can Enable/Disable an automation.

On the Settings page, each entity has a "to top" button, which orders the entity to the top of the list.
