Manually update sensors to HA using the hidden button at the bottom (for now); Periodic updates of 1hour to HA when enabled in settings;

Note: It seems that PAI sensor for Mi Band 7 only returns a max value of 50, need to look into that.. I also posted on the HA community forums: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/affordable-smart-wearable-meets-home-assistant/635266
