Typo in beacon.md -organisation/organization #295

Beacon.md uses both the s and z variants of organisation/organization.

The info endpoint tables uses organisation where as the info endpoint example uses organization.

The swagger documentation also uses organization and all examples I have seen of beacons also use organization.

This typo could cause developers to use the wrong spelling when building a beacon compliant API from scratch which could cause problems.
