We now have the go-ahead to rebrand.

Steps needed:

[x] replace the term Search everywhere in docs
[x] rename the repo url
[x] rename urls in docs

Content changes are now in develop. While GitHub sets up the redirect for the repo name change, we have links to specific sections in GitHub pages shared in many places outside of this repo - let's wait for after the Steering Committee call today to change those, just to be sure.
