@mpanik Please provide a description of the status of dredd to start with.

@mcupak I found this tool https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/swagger-request-validator/src/master/, apart from Dredd this one supports openapi v3 and can be easily integrated with our reference implementation

Great! For reference, I know of this list, and have heard good things about oatts, but whatever works!
