I'm happy to help with this one too since we have use cases from the NIH Systems Interoperation working group

May 4, 2020 update: conversations have been started on goals. Discussion was good for generating ideas. Want to structure these ideas as a next step.

Willing to participate as champion, but mainly in helping identify use cases for the sources it makes sense to combine/federate. That would still need follow through on meaningful scientific questions from the combined data. Ann?

Sounds good @ianfore . I'm happy to help bring the NCPI (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DvAMKYG5kPds7PG2uzTreY86MY80yB1rCdb5wnaye-I/edit) use cases to the table for FASP

Can double team on the NCPI use cases - part of what I'm including under the banner of sources to federate.

I've announced on the FASP call last Monday that we are going to develop a Golden Demo. The main goal will be: TOPMed data on BioDataCatalyst and Kids First Data on Cavatica.

A way to perform computation on these using GA4GH API stack.
