Use base WES client in DNAstack WES client #18

@ianfore In this PR I've updated the base WES client and got the DNAstack client to use it for all it's other run methods. My eventual goal is to do this for all our other WES clients.

I locally have a client for one of the ELIXIR WES deployments running on top of these changes. I am just waiting to hear back about something from some of the ELIXIR folks before I submit that script as well.

Closing this PR in favour of one that also includes the new ELIXIR WES client.
