We have many platforms which allows to run tools on remote servers. It includes: Galaxy, DNANexus, SevenBridges, Biodatomics, and many other. These platforms allows to integrate and run custom tools. Integration a new tool in any of these platform required a custom development. Each of providers using his own API and formats. In this situation, tools cannot transferred from one platform to another in a simple way.

We need to develop an API and mechanism for integration of a new tools. It should include a mechanism/standards for binaries distribution, api for parameters description and many other features.

The development such API will be not a simple task but I think it is doable.
