The file schemas/src/main/proto/ga4gh/genotype_phenotype_service.proto contains highly misleading comment sections, specifying, that most search methods return instance of SearchPhenotypeAssociationSetsResponse, while methods SearchPhenotype and SearchPhenotypeAssociations have prototypes. returning different messages.
