Suggestion: Use gitflow for feature branches #60

We have been using gitflow for DECIPHER to our advantage. http://nvie.com/posts/a-successful-git-branching-model Gitflow is a branching model which makes a project easier to maintain. (Also suggest deleting feature branches that have been merged in and are no longer neede.)
