Add API use cases in json format #74

I think this would be helpful for visualizing the various ways the API can be used. GA4GH has done this, to nice effect:

@buske does this link in with the demo implementation you worked on at all?

I didn't do anything like this for the demo implementation. The closest was the v2 use cases: https://github.com/ga4gh/mme-apis/wiki/Use-cases.
