Add draft pedigree model #6

This PR is to add a graph-based pedigree conceptual model with 3 classes:

The diagram says consultand but the table says consultant (so one is probably mispelt - but I'm not enough of an expert to know which!)

Good catch, @andrewpatto, thanks! The table should have had "consultand". Fixed!
