Regarding Twin, isn't it something that comes under multiples, how do we deal with Triplets, quadruplets?

I guess we could rename to "isMultipleBirthSibling", "isMonozygoticMultipleBirthSibling" and "isPolyzygoticMultipleBirthSibling". Then we would just have relationships between all the siblings from the same birth. Thoughts @buske ?
