This PR also redefines isMaternalCousinOf and isPaternalCousinOf; see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cousin#Gender-based_distinctions.

These property chains would be cleaner if inverses were defined for isBiologicalMotherOf and isBiologicalFatherOf, e.g., hasBiologicalMother.
