I feel uncomfortable with the term "gestational carrier" in the superordinate term for surrogate ovum donor.

I think we need to define if a gestational carrier implies that the embryo that is implanted in the surrogate is created by IVF (the Wikipedia article on surrogacy seems to suggest this). In that case I think the current hierarchy is wrong because it would mean that an isSurrogateOvumDonorOf relationship would imply an isGestationalCarrier relationship and there will be cases where that is not true (e.g., traditional surrogacy).
