Post Variant Calling Metrics ID #24

Because all Post Variant Calling Metrics are with filter PASS, we probably want to simpify the metrics ID for example here https://github.com/ga4gh/quality-control-wgs/blob/9ad37fc8dae317d670e299a005b0ef8ad06cedf9/metrics_definitions/metrics_definitions.md?plain=1#L99

change count_snvs_pass to count_snvs

Metrics ID amended to the following..

count_snvs
count_insertions
count_deletions
ratio_insertion_deletion
ratio_heterozygous_homzygous_snv
ratio_heterozygous_homzygous_indel
ratio_transitions_transversions
