Updated Haplotype to follow 2.0a conventions
Renamed Breakpoint to Adjacency
Renamed breakends to sequence terminals
Replace breakend model with sequence locations
Updated Sequence Locations to follow 2.0a conventions
Added Length Expressions as new Sequence Expression class
Updated examples to use revised model
