Add `contribution` array to ValueObjectDescriptor root class #8

Since all ValueObjectDescriptors are sourced by some system or environment, i think it will be important to be able to represent that as a "contribution" concept (from SEPIO).

In ClinGen we use the following baseline structure for contribution(s)

    "activity_date": "2017-04-03",
    "agent": "http://dataexchange.clinicalgenome.org/terms/clinvar.submitter/506439",
    "agent_role": "SubmitterRole"
}]
