Suggestion: add "ignore" list to PopupMessage module #100

Would be real nice to add a list of words/names to ignore for popups.

My main character name is "Truef" which a lot of people shorten to "True"
in guild/raid chat etc.  I have added "True" to my list of nicknames. 
Problem is that things like "Trueshot" and "Truesilver" cause
popups...which can be really annoying walking around cities etc.

I know, but this module is meant to be simple. If you want greater control use 
CustomFilters module (it can do popups too)
