What version of Prat are you using?
r50936

Do you use embedded libraries or standalones?
embedded

What language/realm type?
english (with european language pack from german installation) on german
rp-pve realm

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. write /target <name> in the editbox (makros work!)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should target the specified target (tested with the name of my character,
my pet and a scryer guardian).
Produces a "<Addon> has been blocked from an action only available to the
Blizzard UI. You can disable this addon and reload the UI. [Disable]
[Ignore]" Errormessage instead.

Please provide any additional information below.
The <Addon> in the errormessage was not Prat, but Mobhealth.
During testing (after disabling mobhealth or other addons) i also got
AssistFu, Clearfont2, Craftlist2, CyCircled, Decursive, DeuceCommander,
EnhancedColourPicker and Flagrsp2 (pretty much going down one addon at a
time) before noticing that if Prats Module Channelsticky is disabled, no
Error was generated.
All Addons disabled exept Prat and all Modules disabled exept Channelsticky
causes no error.
Copying and pasting "/target Haatom" also caused a Error while copying and
pasting "/target haatom" worked sometimes. Manually writing either never
worked.

I have seen the same problem. I was unable to isolate it to the ChannelSticky
module.
I spent quite a bit of time and had inconsistent behavior, but it seemed to be
generally connected to the Sounds module. I also see this error with /focus.

Issue was observed with no other addons enabled. Issue was observed with a fresh
install (r68650) and embedded libraries. Issue was observed even after deleting
prat.lua and prat.lua.bak from multiple SavedVariables locations (general and
server/toon specific).

Disabling "Sticky per chat frame" in Channelsticky "fixed" this problem for me.
The Sounds module was and still is disabled in my game.

With "Sticky per chat frame" enabled Problem still occurs with Prat r68650.
