What steps will reproduce the problem?

I recently had a conversation with a GM about a ticket I'd submitted.
When he whispered me, it opened a popup box (which I have set to trigger on
my character names) in the middle of the screen as it should have. When
the popup box faded, the small blue Blizzard logo that was recently added
to GM tells remained in the center of my screen (SS attached). Said GM
sent another tell later in the conversation that triggered another popup,
which made the Blizzard logo appear in a new location and disappear from
it's former location, but when that popup faded the logo remained in its
new location.
