Auto-dismount when casting disabled with Prat installed. #157

What version of Prat are you using?

Do you use embedded libraries or standalones?
No, Yes
What language/realm type?
English - PVE
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Prat
2. Use mount (flying or ground), try to cast spell or use city portals.
3. Get warning that I am mounted.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Auto-dismount to cast, gather, or use a city portal. 
I get warning that I am mounted, even with flying mount on ground.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have cleared my WTF/Cache/Interface files and loaded each addon
individually.  I would log in, test whether I would auto-dismount (on
ground) if casting a spell.  It all was fine until I loaded prat.

Any help is dearly appreciated, thank you.
