Prat randomly not loading, but available in ACP for LOD.

What version of Prat are you using?

I updated almost daily from the SVN.

Do you use embedded libraries or standalones?
  Imbeded

What language/realm type?
  English.  Archimonde

What steps will reproduce the problem?
  Its random.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Prat does not just load.  Opening up ACP it shows Prat as a LOD.  If I
click the load, it loads with no issue.  This issue seems to occur off an
on with no rhyme or reason.

I am curious:
Why on earth would Prat be a LOD program.... I mean, the chat window is
open when you log into the gameIs there a way to have the mod Always load,
and not be LOD?

i haven't ever experienced prat not loading.
does it happen with prat enabled by itself?
