Help --> About not working in 0.2.1 #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Windows-Setup
2. Choose Help -> about in menu
nothing happens here.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected a about-dialog with website, license information

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2.1

About menu removed temporarely.
