Dissenter is out of date. #114

Dissenter keeps reminding the user to update to the latest version even if it is the latest version. Does not occur when the browser is newly installed but the issue emerges by itself after a few months.

I assume Dissenter needs an update, but one has not been provided on the website. This happened before, and we had to wait for that update to be provided on dissenter . com I check daily in hopes that it will be available.
